Understood, which is in line with most other vaccines.
The American Academy of Pediatrics states that “most childhood vaccines are 90%-99% effective in preventing disease.” However I’m not aware of any controversy with regard to the effectiveness of the Polio or Measles vaccines, even though they are less than 100% as well. So I’m not really sure what point you’re trying to make.
