Using the link above, you will be able to tell us whether you have met the Aviate transition requirements and if not, when you anticipate meeting those requirements. We will use this information to complete records requests and place pilots in classes so it is essential that you complete this survey. As a reminder, we will only initiate the transition process once you meet the transition requirements and reach the top of eligible pilots on the FIFO list, as long as United is hiring. If you do not complete the survey, we will assume that you have not met the transition requirements and this could delay your transition to United.
