Does seniority start day one on campus, or does it start when you actually begin teaching? Thanks in advance.
Overall, I would say, apply and see what happens. I don't have any firsthand experience, but I do know someone who commuted to a full-time instructor position. Can't remember if he had a crashpad or stayed with friends/family. Pretty sure seniority starts day one.
