Most people will have enough protection from the vaccine that they shouldn’t be concerned about the worst possible outcomes of the virus. Most. Maybe my perspective comes in part from having a close family member on chemo, although I think many of us here are similarly affected by that issue. I’d love the comfort of being able to say his vaccine makes potential exposure to the virus a non-issue, but that may not be the case. So I have just that much less patience for people who push the “your vaccine covers you so don’t worry about me” line, and that much more respect & gratitude for those who see it as a protection for others as well as themselves.

I don’t know who you think is “manipulating the population” & to what end. There’s a real disease. There’s a real vaccine. It works, it’s safe, and I fail to see how getting it makes a person more vulnerable to whatever mysterious & nefarious plot is being hatched- though that’s exactly what I would say if I were implanted with Anthony Fauci’s secret mind-control syrum.
As far as we know. There have been many immunologist as well as virologist and the National Center for Biotechnology Information, a branch of NIH, who have warned about the potentional for long term impacts and induced immunogen expression and development of auto reactive antibodies. As far as I gather this is equivalent or is autoimmune disease.

Not sure why the vaxxers are so hard on those not wanting a non FDA approved vaccine. I for one don't care if you want and I have no opinion on your choice as you shouldn't mine.
