Are some of you saying the 35 RJs are non negotiable? Since these RJs (CRJ900s and/or E175s) are fairly new and have been flying in the system since the arrival of the 717 if DALPA wins the arbitration I think the company would be willing to pay a pretty penny to bring them back instead of burn $100s of millions in aircraft expense.

plenty of ~15 year old 76 seat RJs in our DCI fleet. At the moment they have headroom in the 70 seat category so they could just pull 6 seats out and keep flying some/most/all of them.
only thing that would sway me to allow those 35 RJs back is better JV scope, starting with a minimum 50% of JV ASMs flown by delta seniority list pilots.
