only thing that would sway me to allow those 35 RJs back is better JV scope, starting with a minimum 50% of JV ASMs 50% ASM baseline, plus remainder of flying to be proportional to company ownership (DAL owns 49% of company X means 50% of ASM as baseline, plus 49% of the remaining ASM, for a total of 74.5% of ASM) flown by delta seniority list pilots.
Fixed it for you. This, plus 2:1 catch-up for any quarter where DAL fails the balance. So if the company shorts us 5% of ASM over a quarter, the next quarter’s percentage for DAL pilots is increased by 10%.
