Are some of you saying the 35 RJs are non negotiable? Since these RJs (CRJ900s and/or E175s) are fairly new and have been flying in the system since the arrival of the 717 if DALPA wins the arbitration I think the company would be willing to pay a pretty penny to bring them back instead of burn $100s of millions in aircraft expense.

If Delta wanted them so bad they could have kept them along with the flow back that was part of the deal in exchange for having them in the first place. Not only did Delta not do that, they thought they could keep them without even having a flow back in place until they actually furloughed.
What's worse is the company's attitude that they can add or remove the flow back and 35 RJs as it suits them.
