Thumbs up RJ Course

Alright,

Took me a while to get registered but here goes.

I am at the RJ Course in Vero Beach, FL now. I was sent here because I did not meet the hiring minimums but did great on the interview. <--- Thier words. There are three reasons you get sent here. You failed the HR or Tech, Failed the Sim, or you don't have enough time. This was the director of recruitment's words. I would suggest it. I am loving it, and it is very informative. I will be ahead of my class in dfw on the 3rd because of this. Assuming others haven't done an rj course or have the experience. They pay for it. All of it. Even food. In return you sign an 18 month contract. There is no contract if you don't take this course. If you pass here but fail in dfw they waive the $10,000 fee. All other reasons you have to pay it back. So far anybody who made it through this course has made it in dfw. They have about 10,000 reasons for you to succede there. The ones who haven't made it here quit early in the first week so they didn't have to pay all 10,000. In fact from what the director said he didn't even make them pay. If they offer the course, no brainer, take it. Just make sure you are instrument current as far as ability goes, not experience. We had one person with 1200 hours have to go home for more IFR practice. After that, they said that person can come back and finish.
