People may choose to commute out of base and impact me in a positive way or choose to come to my base which and hurt my seniority lol. Bottom line, positive space commuting would be a big win. Who knows I may move out of base down the road and it could end up being a great benefit for me too. Sometimes being a part of a union means you go along with things that good for all, not just you. Again, I'm not talking about exchanging this for scope.
Positive space commute could be from anywhere to your domicile. A guaranteed ride back from vacation.
