Hate to break it to you chief but financially Alaska has been wildly successful for a long time and this “better contract” you speak of has never come to fruition.
That said, you’re the perfect fit for Alaska champ, your naive thirst will be so quenched by the endless stream of corporate buzz words they will continually use to keep the troops at bay.

But I think you never managed an entity in your life. it's sad how little experience a lot of pilots have when it comes to running and sustaining a business. A growing and succeeding business will mean more money and better contract for its employees. One day you'll learn.
