Year 2 pay would be higher, but factoring in vacation, and bid seniority, QOL would be a significant reduction.
With 20 a month flowing, 240 a year, anyone below 376 will have the chance to flow in the first year. The second year will reach 616 at a minimum. That's a November 2015 hire.
