Of course there's bias. DL sent between 5-10 guys back to CPZ too because of numerous issues, training, personality, conflicts with instructors, etc. Most of those pilots were older. That just reinforced those biases. I think a majority of these guys/gals will be fine, but I still think your going to see outliers. Let's be real here the business reasoning for the flows is to get those RJ's back. I'm not saying the cards will be stacked against them as far as getting through the gates, but I don't think it's going to be as easy as someone getting hired off the street who went through the process and successfully onboarded. I still think there are a lot of pilots that think going through the interview and getting a CJO (regardless if the interview process was not good and weeded out alot of good people) to get here is a right of passage and anyone else who gets a quasi free ride and in some instances got turned down multiple times or was given multiple opportunities to come to DL is going to be looked down upon. Personally I have no problem with these pilots flowing, I've just sat next to lots of old pilots here who don't see things or feel the way I do and my hope is that doesn't create conflict when these flows come to DL. I'd like to think we are all professional enough to do our jobs without these issues, but after seeing what some of the older pilots post in skyhub or on private DL facebook groups, I'll hold my breath
You lost me at old pilots posting on Facebook
