sounds like the union is already prepping for plan B if Delta loses arbitration. The attrition is accelerating and will most likely increase. Flow might be the only way to keep pilots here. Especially the middle of the pack. LCC’s are sucking them up
Delta already had a flow ready pre covid, the truth is if Delta pays EDV any more they might as well bring them onto mainline. Im good with either decision.
Delta demanded pilots adapt to new economics when i was there, and EDV has been arm barring Delta back ever since. Time for Delta to accept the new economics.
