We are DOS+3 right now. I also don’t count 401k or per diem as pay. Per diem is for expenses. I’m not pocketing it. It’s not anywhere on par with the industry first of all and second people keep saying captains are making $300k which they are not. How often is overtime or 200% red flag pay offered? Does spirit offer extra pay to pick up trips at all in open time?
