Honestly, the ORD rep who voted no loves him some OT. He did what he saw as right anyway. I give them all credit because it is a tough job balancing what the pilots want and what you view as the best tactical move. Remember that negotiating strategy is kept secret to the extent possible, so they have to sometimes vote a certain way knowing that they have more information than the pilots.
