You are not alone! If we get 6 hours a day, they’ll get that work out of us somehow, and the commutable trips will disappear and we will be like southwest, either working AM’s or PM’s. We will consider ourselves lucky if we can commute on one end. Yeah, I know, commuting is a choice. I was going to move to a Delta base when I got off probation, but then I got furloughed for 4 years. By the time I returned, life got in the way.
Heck NY320 trips have been mostly early start and very late finishes. I’m 20-25% and barely can get early start/early finishes.
I don’t want more average, I want more soft pay and more time off. Im heading to the 330, but don’t know if I want to bid left seat in the next AE.
