there is some relevance to that
but.. This is obviously a systemic problem. It happens over and over and over again with lots of different crews. One solution is “how do we change the system so that the problems stop happening?” The other option is “lets keep the same system but threaten the people who operate it.” The latter choice is sometimes effective, but the former one is the better way to run an airline.
