This may not be exactly what you are looking for as an answer, but waaaaaayyyy back after my ETS I went to a local Community College. They helped my petition for my GI Bill assistance since they had all the connections and I had nowhere to start.

Edited to add: I think they still offer it, but be sure to ask if they don't mention it. I received 6 units of College Credit at University for my three years of Active Duty Military Service.
