Maybe this will incentivize both parties of the contract negotiating committee to improve reserve for commuters. I’m assuming that is the largest cause for people not bidding up to this category. Maybe unknowns of the future Europe/Asia flying? If it’s the circadian rhythm thing nothings going to change that factor. And if this is considered negotiating in public, please say so.

So could the new hires have bid those or are they required to take their first day of class Aircraft? How would that work? Not remotely close to an option when I was hired. When can they bid them, was it during this vacancy or wait for the next one?
