In the past when hiring ramped up, it wasn't uncommon to get sent to non CMH locations for a generic type to get the pipeline moving faster towards the line. I wouldn't be surprised if they did this and then had an AOM/ company procedures crash course in the CMH sims right before pushing pilots out for IOE. It is definitely not an ideal way to do training, but there is no way FSI can ramp up CMH and other locations with NetJets trained instructors to teach the NetJets AOM from the get go in the time frame needed to get live bodies on line. Hopefully they can get the pipeline working smoothly by some time next year, but I don't see any sort of smooth flow anytime soon. This is one that I hope I'm wrong.
