Just date of interview, date of CJO. So if you interviewed with a mix of different airlines, you are all around the each other in the FIFO list.
For someone who interviews as an Aviate candidate right now, that is how it works. When the program first came out, there was too large a group of people to do it that way because they had shut off the CPP, added Mesa and Air Wisconsin to the program and had a huge back-up of people to interview. So to try to make it fair, they created two interview "waves" for the FIFO list.
Anyone who interviewed in the first "wave" (which was some date in December 2019 - can't remember the exact date) should have been arranged on the FIFO list by seniority within their own company. In all fairness to UAL, they never said how they were going to blend Mesa, Air Wisconsin, CommutAir, and ExpressJet people - this has always been one of my biggest complaints and they have been extremely "secretive" about the list. I would have hoped that it would be balanced, but who knows.
