No, it's all about fences. Fence the 777s. The Delta pilots move up to the 757/767 based on openings created by the additional crews needed for the 777s. Then that opens up the M-88s which the diplaced DC-9 guys can go to.
Not that it will really happen that way.
Then bring all the E-175's and CRJ 900's to mainline and we can continue to hire 500+ per year to fill those airplanes instead of SkyWest, Pinnacle, Compass, Mesa, and Republic hiring 500+ per year to fill them.
