Health insurance for our pets… hilarious. I literally couldn't stop laughing. Meltdowns happen for everyone and usually in the summer. The unfortunate thing for spirit is that’s it’s been a monumental tasking turning the reputation of this airline around. And in 5 years I would say it’s been a marked improvement. Some hiccups here and there but getting people to not absolutely hate us has largely worked in my opinion. One crap week like this can and might ruin lots of good will. Living down to our reputation is unfortunate. We have much shorter rope to hang ourselves with. That just the reality. Well survive and Thrive, this isn’t the end of the world …but evaporating some shred of good will we had been earning can be gone like a fart in the wind… unfortunate. And If management saw FA and ramper staffing weeks ago then they shoulda pulled down some of the Schedule the way American did .. what good is “busiest summer we’ve ever had” if we can’t staff it …
