Better than say 2 hours in NY with multiple co-doms. Even 3 hours can be tough.
IMO callout should be tailored specifically for the big cities... accounting for traffic and where you can actually afford a single-family house.
Yeah, 2 hour callout to any NY airport is a way different story than a 1.5 hour callout to TPA. Also depends on where you have to be in that time; employee lot? Through security? At the gate? That can make all the difference too.
