After Delta and Latam inked their deal, AA responded by doubling capacity to many SA destinations. Including LIM, SCL, and throughout Colombia. Also a third daily flight was added back to GRU. They’ve also started adding JFK to SA, including MDE, BOG, CLO, and SCL. Also they went after Delta in SEA. To some people that’s doing nothing I guess. Unfortunately the SEA expansion along with the MIA to SCL and GRU adds got walked back for the time being, but that’s COVID.
