Agree it’s just getting started. To clarify, I would expect this to become a seasonal pattern going forward. Aviate hiring will slow during the summer months to prevent placing additional stress on regional partners during the busy season. Then once flying slows and regional partners are better able to handle the attrition Aviate hiring pace will increase. It is one of the obvious benefits to the company of the Aviate system. Perhaps I am mistaken.
Thanks for clarifying. Yes, that would make sense if the intent of the Aviate program is to give a metering vessel to slow hiring when needed to keep their regionals staffed. I don’t believe the program is being presented that way to the pilots, but I too could be mistaken.
