If someone were to get sick with Covid or something else during training and had to sit out a few days. Would you have to wait for the next class? Would you lose seniority? I’m assuming only if you get Covid they won’t pay you?
The new guidelines(depending on which document any specific doctor has read that day) can range from quarantine 10 days after the beginning of symptoms + 24 hours without a fever or 14 days after the last sign of symptoms. I highly doubt you will get any kind of pay although in training it’s different. Seniority starts when you get your employee I’d I believe. But I could be wrong on that too, I rarely ever check the seniority list
