Literally just find bible verses to back your claim. The religious exemption is presumably based on the 1964 civil rights act, so it's federal law. Federal law is prohibited from respecting any particular religion by the first amendment, so saying you have to be part of a large church to use the religious exemption can't possibly be a constitutional interpretation of the 1964 law.
