I can honestly say from the lack of communication from management and the apparent buried head in the sand attitude that I'll now be applying elsewhere. Again. Seems that this is also shared by people in my new hire class and at least 2 captains..
Poor training? How much do they need to throw a bag and empty a poop truck? If you're still throwing bags in your 30s, 40s and 50s you're lazy. It's a choice and there is ample opportunity out there. Stop making excuses for people. In some cases it's not their fault, but in many it is absolutely their fault. This melt down lies squarely on management and their lack of staffing. They're paid to make this work and they have failed.
