Is this really a serious concern? Are our pilots actually crazy enough to let someone they disagree with allow CRM, common sense, courtesy, safety, etc go down the toilet? THAT is crazy, and honestly if the answer is yes they shouldn’t be an airline pilot (or in any other field that requires close interaction with humans). We all fly with people we don’t agree with, that’s actually an interesting part of the job that I like and often times makes a long trip better. If people let that detract from acting like a professional, get a new job, they shouldn’t be flying crew airplanes.
