Drinking and driving doesn’t kill anyone, crashes do that. Just like exhaling doesn’t kill people either, the virus does. But if you want to prosecute people whose exhaled virus particles infected someone who dies from the virus, remember that we vaccinated are also exhaling virus that leads to deaths. Maybe you should stop breathing?
