I agree with you. Unless you plan on staying at SkyWest for the rest of your career I'd take the first available upgrade and get out of here at the first chance. If you don't do that you're missing out on the seniority you'd have at another company the rest of your career. Everyone else that gets hired before you at this point will be senior to you for the next 30-40 years. Think of the pilots getting on at Continenetal right now. They've had 2-3 solid years of hiring 20-30 year old pilots that will be on the list ahead of them for decades. Get hired at the beginning of the cycle, not the end.
