I was running a rough calculation of seniority movement based on that versus current pilot group size and it looks like it will take almost 20 years to make it to 50% seniority. That's astronomically higher than everywhere else. I know there's a lot of variables, but surely those numbers need to be updated? The only thing that would change that is if you guys have very high attrition of relatively senior pilots.
