Any information that your doctor, pharmacy, nurse, health aide, state vaccination database, insurance company, etc, etc has about you is protected under law making it where only you and your healthcare providers can access such information, unless you specifically let the provider know that some other person or entity is allowed to access your records. This includes the state vaccination databases that mostly exist to help healthcare providers and people to keep track of their vaccinations and be sure which ones they have and have not had, and of course the state can say "this is how many covid shots we have administered". Bureaucrats, police, etc can't go snooping in there to see who has taken the shots and who hasn't or to try to find whatever health information they can find about a particular individual. These databases don't exist for the purpose of allowing employers to do healthcare background checks on employees either, and if an employer were to gain such access to a database like this, it would be most certainly be in a fraudulent manner. Insurance companies also cannot even share with the employer what they have covered for an employee. If they did, this would be a violation of the law on the part of the insurance provider. If you call out sick, your employer can ask you for a doctor's note. If they call the doctor to verify that you are actually sick, the doctor's office cannot even legally tell them that you are a patient. These laws were created back when both major political parties in the United States believed that people have a right to keep their medical records private from employers, police, government, stalkers, and others who may want access to such records in order to discriminate against or do harm to an individual. There is no national database (at least if there was, it would be maintained illegally through the use of stolen/fraudulently obtained information) UAL can access to verify your vaccine status and if they tried to access a state database, it would most certainly be done under fraudulent pretenses since it doesn't seem like they're asking for signed permission to access your health records. Other than being consumed by the 24/7 propaganda being broadcasted/streamed on T.V., I cannot for the life of me why understand why anyone who grew up in the USA and paid attention to anything about 20th century history would think that having databases of any kind of medical information at all, that is accessible to anyone who wants it, is a good idea. It just boggles my mind. Thankfully before fascism became popular in America (and honestly both the left and the right have their own forms of fascism they support) we had laws established that, in effect, make it impossible for UAL or any other employer to reliably enforce mandates like this that insert an employer into people's personal decisions about their healthcare. The way these guys got caught was because they were mostly likely blabbing about what they did and somebody overheard them and/or turned them in. Beyond that, if UAL is verifying vaccine records, they are either asking employees to allow them to access a lot more than a covid vaccination status, or they they are mis-representing who they are in order to gain access to a state database without the employee knowing, which is at least as fraudulent as making a fake vaccination card.
