Your put into the system when you take the shot..but I doubt that's how they figured it out...also all the forged cards are slightly incorrect...a we'll trained eye would catch it but most willn't...the ""OR" in the third column is in the wrong line on the fake cards! I got my jabs at Walmart because I saw an article that Walmart would be partnering with third party vaccine verifiers such as CLEAR. I support vsccine passports. Log into the WALMART pharmacy and I can download a QR code. Shared with a third party they get my detailed vaccine records from I assume a Walmart server.
As for the CDC card it has dates, stores numbers and Pfizer lot numbers. Doubt the forgers tried that hard. Probably very easy to identify fakes even without the patients name or DOB. I hope United mandates vaccine proof for offline jumpseaters,
