Mandatory vaccines are a major change not covered in the current contract. While the company may not be able to mandate vaccines, they are required to schedule and pay pilots according to the contract. So if they want to pay us to sit at home, fine. They can do that. It's contractual.

This affects every pilot, including the most bold pro-vax guinea pig. Do you like money? Would you appreciate compensation for efforts on your days off? Like career and medical protections? Want limits on what may be required and who is allowed to approve or mandate it, and when? I can't imagine this is only 10%.
