I think one of the parties has to notify the other if they wish to terminate it.
"This Letter of Agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall continue in effect until the effective date of a written notice of termination served upon the other party no less than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date, except that the Association may only terminate this Letter of Agreement effective no earlier than the day after the last day of the December 2022 Bid Period."
