This forum is to be used to inform pilots of the conditions, QOL, pay, the status of an airline. this has become an extension of the pathetic "pilot support group" on WhatsApp.

First of all, to all readers, the handle, Luckycharms, is a burned account that our MEC chair created to talk bad about our previous DO who happened to be from Ireland. that's how sad this MEC chair is. he is now at war, as he has in the past, with personal pilots who come from bigger and better airlines than he has ever worked at. As a matter of fact, if you talk to SM, he will tell you all the failed airlines he has worked for. This man has no idea what a real airline is, not even remotely so. he gets off by calling out people on forums like these, or WhatsApp, who come from legacy carriers or are ex-pats. He wants to be the big bad boy of the "hill" he started.

This man has no room to talk. he is literally picking fights with pilots who are laughing their way to the bank. He tried to even call out pilots who came from Delta, an airline that this man will NEVER EVER have the pleasure to work at. SMis all he has and he thinks that this place is going to be bigger and better than UPS, or so he alleged thinks. but just give is 2-3 years, and he always likes to tell people.
by then the only people running the airline are the lifers who will never see what a real airline is.

The reality is gentlemen, for us who come from real airlines with real union representation will never see such acts of pathetic child play. A MEC chair, a president, who steps so LOW to come and pick fights with legacy pilots who have their careers to look forward to, screams ENVY through and through. we are all professionals and we should all be encouraging one another and not coveting what the other ones have. If the United pilots can recommend and refer pilots from here, then by all means! that's what ALPA is supposed to stand for. but not SM, he just covets what others have and things he will never have.

Let's talk now about our hard-earned monthly dues. Another MEC pilot has been using OUR hard-earned funds in CVG inviting any pilot he sees nightly out for an "ALPA" appreciation meal. going out to Twin Peaks in CVG almost every night to indulge himself with OUR money! oh, and let's not forget that the loadmasters also get their free meal with our hard-earned money. Makes me wonder where the Treasurer is.
I'm all for looking at women but this man is out there gawking at the waitress every day.

So there we have it, Amerijets ALPA. a bunch of failed pilots who are doing exactly what the other union was doing. Using our funds for their own personal gain.

So of us have had the pleasure of still being in touch with the COO that when he drinks he lets out everything we want to hear. also the pride he holds in knowing that he is holding the MEC chair by the balls and taking him for a ride. So there you have it, folks, our MEC is not only pathetic and childish but he is also in bed with the COO.


As far as the airline is concerned, it gets worst. our same MEC chair used to be our old DO. and left this airline in shambles, manuals that are useless, an ETOPS manual that does not reflect the International flight manual. a GOM that can't even address what needs to be amended. a training department that is composed of a woman who has NO CLUE what she is doing. three directors of training that did not last more than two months on the job because everything is so screwed up. a Chief pilot who would not ever stay as a senior line check airman for a start up airline that is not even flying. 3 DOs, that have not been able to make a single stride for the airline.
Captains that can barely even speak English much less fly a 767. including our MEC and volunteers, mind you. Checkairman who think it's okay to take off out of a runway without numbers, or "if the other one is shorter then its fine to take the bigger one". American Airline retirees stealing the bread and butter from the table of hard Line pilots-- what did the union ever do to address this? NOTHING.
oh and then there as the pathetic GIFS of our beloved MEC with the words "it's not on the CBA" all over the supposed "support Chat".
Burnt out volunteers, burnt-out schedulers, and dispatchers. you name it, this airline has it. I have been at bad airlines but this one is truly a treat. Im surprised the FAA allows this place to even run.

this airline is a joke and an accident waiting to happen. the MEC does not find it a problem at ALL that we have shut down our training and there is an exodus of experienced pilots leaving in droves. leaving the Spanglish speakers who can't fly to handle the bulk of the airline.
we have 757s painted and ready to go but no one can fly them. but OHHHH we have the MEC chair telling other pilots to ask about the 757s in the town hall meeting because he has no balls to address it himself. but yea, he likes to state that he likes to do "Gangster *******T" yeah he does, like the manuals he produces, complete gangster garbage (wipes his ass with regulations). Good thing the woman at publications throws him under the bus every time.

guys, if you care about your certificates, your lives, and your profession, LEAVE! many of us already have classes at other carriers. leave before someone plants one on the ground and this airline becomes a stain on your resume.
