They saw a pilot, whom we welcomed with open arms from another airline, that was stirring the pot just to stir the pot. Obviously you can’t let it go, you have attacked my good name and other people such as wcandee for expressing an opinion that was not your own. Brother you came here, you did a lot of good work, and you moved on… what do you have to complain about still? Bubba I don’t need to hide behind anything, and if you have something to say to me then I welcome you to say it here in the open forum or in private message, I believe you still have my phone number and my phone is on all the time. However I’ll stand behind anybody here that asks the question “what does he have to complain about” because I ask myself that question also. Yeah it’s real fun to stir up stink in the message board, but besides a few people I am very disappointed in right now, not many people bought off on your rhetoric. Most people I have spoken to had the view that you were just passing through and had a major airline job to return to, so why are you complaining so much… although that may be a hard pill for you to swallow when you’re looking for attention. You were here, thank you for everything you helped accomplish, and now you’re back at your original airline. Be happy, go forth, and commit aviation knowing you don’t have to work as such a crappy place such as Amerijet ever again.

Guys I’ll be the first person to admit that Amerijet is AFU right now, and there are a lot of great people that are working very hard to change that for the entire group. As I said before I believe in my heart that if we can give this place another two years to grow into the CEO’s vision, and I’ll fight on that hill to make sure we do everything we can to get there. If you don’t believe that is the goal of the MEC, the negotiating committee, or myself personally then you are dead wrong. The MEC and myself will represent this pilot group as long as they will have us, and I know with some hard work and a lot of solidarity we will take this place to the next level with a great CBA and will allow long term stability for anybody who wishes to stay.

While this is a well timed and good attempt at a clean up message, Luckycharms is a confirmed MEC made account, so while your message sounds all nice, the messages that came from that account today were very eye opening but I’m glad people can see how those in a leadership position will respond to people who don’t have their views.

Unfortunately, I don’t think you’re fooling as many people as you think. Multiple union volunteer and MEC volunteers have recently stepped down and others have communicated a lack of vision and leadership. That’s just a fact. While I know you don’t like to hear that, it’s true. Those are not my opinions but those of them. You can’t point to anything I’ve complained about specifically here other than responding or agreeing with other pilots points of view. However, if you or another elected rep attack others, I will “complain” about that.

Also, the number of public and private messages those of us who moved on received thanking us for being voices of reason for the pilot group and fighting for them were too numerous to count. You’re welcome to see those as well if you want to PM me, so your points fall flat on their face. Either you don’t have a great touch on the pulse of your pilot groups opinions or you’re spinning rhetoric. Maybe both? I’m not sure.

Potential pilots for this company come to ask questions and several pilots have voiced those concerns, but I won’t take too kindly to MEC propagated attacks against fellow friends of mine and I will refute those. Again, you may not like it, but you’re welcome to exit the forum.

In fact to speak to “luckycharms” ask for proof we “saved anything,” how does an email from the COO to those who did the work dated March 31 that states “thank you for all the hard work to make our training compliant…your dedication to the company and professionalism are a tremendous asset …I’m grateful to have you all onboard.” sound? The work produced during that time is still also still being used by Amerijet training and approved by the FAA. Strangely enough, the 757 materials led by others are not…

We can agree to disagree whether it’s you, your other luckycharms account, your friends from ATI/ABX, I welcome it all, but let’s stick to truths and stay away from attacks and be professionals.
