remember the time when no one knew what amerijet even was? well please go back to that. every airline is now hiring, and your certificate will thank you.

real info about this place.

1. they have canceled all classes until October. a July class was pushed to august and now canceled. people who quit their jobs to come here and are now totally unemployed.
2. you will be in training for about 5 months and trained by ex AA airline guys who don't have a clue about amerijet.
3. if you actually make it out on the line, you will be lucky enough to have the FO MEC rep take you out to eat every day at twin peaks with the Union pilots dues credit card. our Dues "hard" at work, literally.
4. by the end of 6 months you are wishing you never came here.

over 40% attrition since January, we have lost 42 pilots and have just about 170 (out which 15 are in training)

you will come at a time where FO open time is being offered to captains because.... let's face it, we don't have pilots.

the best part of it all, if you don't get burned by the MEC, you will also enjoy

1. No chief pilot
2. No Director or Operations
3. No director of training
4. No scheduling manager
5. dispatchers who have no clue how to dispatch
6. schedules that have no clue what they are doing
7. 757s that are parked in the humid climate of Miami
6. ALPA MEC who is in bed with management.

please apply within!
Well, I guess more people feel this way than others would have people believe. What did someone say about “hard pills to swallow” again?

Hope for your sake it improves if you’re still there. The member dues thing is especially concerning from an ALPA organizational standpoint. Yikes. The good in this though is now people can see it for what it is, and make an informed decision.
