but i was most amazed at Bob tennebaum's comments ( high up , don't know his title) he said, Skybus isn't for everybody... you know i think he is right.

this will hurt you. i think they can survive and flourish but it won't be in this current vein of a carrier who peddles products while flying people. if they wise up and change the attitude and try to retain customers and not tell them to" don't let the door hit you in the arse" like Tennebaum did, well I can see them riding out this early operational screw up mode that they're in.
Many of us feel that way too, but they're telling us that we're wrong and the passenger loads are bearing them out to be correct. This is more a Ryan Air experience than a Southwest, though I know we crew (and FA's) try our best to make it as "normal" as we can, and I'd even go so far as to say our usually young and attractive FA's are quite friendly and provide great customer service.
