Did you get your passport while ON DUTY? How about or last FAA medical? How about your uniform fitting? Other than being kept ON DUTY while getting it, how about your random drug and alcohol testing?

I agree that this shouldn't be on our own time, but I'd prefer that they allow me to schedule a test that fits my schedule rather than scab onto the existing language and just keep me on duty after landing for a COVID test. Just my desire. YMMV.
