A business in the private sector (which is what United Airlines is) has the right to mandate a vaccination. This has been upheld in the courts and I do not expect it to change. If you don’t like that, there are other places to work!!!

As I’ve said before, United Airlines has the reasonable expectation that all of its employees are ready to work. Being unvaccinated is not ready and able to work, because of the likelihood of vaccination passports. That is going to be a reality in the future to enter foreign countries. If you are unable to perform work, you are dead weight to the Company.
