Nothing for your training records. If you want those, you might have to pony up as stated. The FAA will show your certs and any certificate actions taken. I know its free, so I get it. The problem with the employer is that they can send you the paperwork, then demand payment after you receive it. I don't know what the fee is up front and I don't want to get into a fight over a $300 bill like described above. If there is nothing in your record to fear, then I would't worry about it.
