Much better than that Houston hospital brief. They have a point. If pilots end up suffering clotting or neurological issues while in flight it’s an issue.
Have no idea if this is real or not, but the problem with that synopsis is that there is nothing arguing the law in it. To create an injunction, they would need to argue that the company is doing something illegal.
