Good but not great I'd say. It depends on what you're coming from and what your concerns are. It's CIGNA with a variety of coverage options. It's hard to find great these days, but a previous employer provided a really nice selection of Aetna plans. I'm covering a family of 4 and it's not terrible. I haven't had any surprises yet, but so far no kids have needed braces, surgery, etc.
