Sure. But it's not private employer's responsibility to pay bonuses for combat. And it would not be limited those who actually took enemy fire either..how many more paychecks does a CONUS HQ staffer need in addition to his mil pay, zip code BAH, misc allowances, and per diem
If more bonuses and tax credits are needed, that's on .gov
Trying to milk the private sector in an arbitrary manner just generates hate & discontent, and erodes the political shield that protects reservists.
