You’re 100% right. There will be a point that with this current order spirit will hire the last captain relatively soon. Management will either have to offer FOs something that makes hanging out here in the right seat for a decade a better deal than starting over at a legacy or they will have regional type attrition from the bottom half. Hopefully they keep growing until the retirements pick up here in the next decade or two that way when growth stops it rolls into retirements and the list keeps moving for everyone.
