In my class, 1/11 had the type. Most were in the 4-6k range and no LCA. Spirit hires people from all walks of life.
it depends on the class. In my class it was 8 regional CA’s, one regional FO, one ACMI type, one with a type from a South American operator, and two corporate guys. Everyone was in the 10k + range of time with a few check pilots.
Two didn't make it.
