This is like those pilots who were trying to sue because they felt that they got hosed in the seniority integration. I’m glad that they have money to throw away!!!
The attorneys are pro bono and the reasoning behind the temporary restraining order is for national security due to the very limited long term data about the experimental gene therapy. Airlines are important and are part of the infrastructure. Having sick or gene therapy injured pilots in mass is a threat to national as well as homeland security because the ability to move people and materials will be greatly affected.
